Bed and Breakfast  Allanfauld Bed and Breakfast is open all year round. Enjoy a warm Scottish welcome and true farmhouse hospitality at our family home, where we have farmed for almost 100 years. The working farm sits at the foot of the Kilsyth Hills, a great base to explore central Scotland. We have also been given a 3 Star Farmhouse award by the Scottish Tourist Board. Available Facilities: Both rooms have TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Visitors have access to a TV and lounge room and also a payphone. Local Information: Both Glasgow and Stirling are a 20 minute drive away. Croy Train Station is two miles away, where a short train journey will take you into the centre of Glasgow, Edinburgh or Stirling. There is local access to a wide range of activities and facilities such as a swimming pool, a rock-climbing hotspot, golf courses, hill-walking, fishing and many other tourist attractions, such as Stirling Castle, The Colzium Estate and The Antonine Wall. The starting point for The West Highland Way is located in Milngavie, only a 30 minute drive away. |
